Below are the answers to common questions we are asked. We  update the list regularly so please check back.

Payment

1. How do I know how much to pay?
One of our designers will discuss with you your needs and quote you for your website design. When you order & have decided on your needs you want including any extra pages you may require, we will send you back an invoice with the total amount payable including any extras or discounts.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment will be accepted by Credit Card processing – MasterCard, Visa and Amex or Direct Deposit/Internet banking. Details outlining these options will be sent in the initial email after ordering and an invoice will be sent. *PayPal will not be accepted for web design work.

3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes we require a 30% deposit before we start working on your website.

4. Can I pay by instalments?
Yes instalments can be arranged but your site will not be started until a 30% deposit has been made. Arrangements can be made for either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments by negotiation between Little Hero Designs & the purchaser.

Design Options

1. Can I choose the theme/style I want?
Yes, we receive your order or enquiry we will contact you to discuss your specific needs so we can design a site that is unique to you. We will make a initial template based on your criteria for you to approve or request changes before proceeding.

2. Am I able to make changes if I don’t like the design?
Yes, we understand it is important for you to be happy but major changes after your initial template approval may incur an additional fee.

3. How long does it take before my site is ready?
It generally takes anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to have your site ready but it does depend on what you want created & our workload at the time. When ordering you will be given an estimate to when it may be ready.

4. Can you design me a logo or help me with my branding?
Yes we have a Graphic Designer as part of our team.

5. Once the site is completed can I make changes myself?
Absolutely, we strongly believe that site owners should be able to make changes themselves. For those who do not wish to manage their own sites we can come up with a management plan for you.

General Questions

1. Can my site be password protected?
Yes please ask when ordering.

2. Can I have a analytics or statistics to see the number of views my website has had?
Yes please ask when ordering

3. Can I add extra pages at a later date?
Yes you may but this will incur an additional charge over the initial amount. Please contact us to arrange extra’s or you may make changes yourself.

4. What if I want a type of page that isn’t listed?
Please email and ask so we can discuss the options with you.

How does the process work?

1. How do I order a website?
To start the process, head on over to our contact page and fill in our contact form. We will then contact you via email or phone to discuss the site design and associated fees. We will also ask questions relating to colours, themes & style.

2. Then what happens?
Once your deposit has been received & your ideal design decided we will start working on your site as per your wishes. We will then contact you once we have designed a template based on your preferences so you can make any changes before we proceeds to make the rest of the site and launching your brand new website.

3. I’m happy with the template now what?
Once you approve the design, colours, layout etc we will finish the site and let you know when it is completed for you to view before we “publish” it for the public to view. We will then discuss with you anything you should know about the site like how the guestbook works & then it is then yours to show the world.
