Payment

1. How do I know how much to pay?
When you order & have decided on the package you want including any extra pages you may require, Michelle will send you back an invoice with the total amount payable including any extras or discounts.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment will be accepted by MasterCard, Visa or Amex via Paypal. Payment is also accepted via Bank Deposit/Internet banking. Money orders are also accepted. Details outlining these options will be sent in the initial email after ordering and an invoice will be sent.

3. Can I pay by instalments?
Yes instalments can be arranged but your site will not be started until a 25% deposit has been made. Arrangements can be made for either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments by negotiation between Little Hero Designs & the purchaser.

Design Options

1. Can I choose the theme/style I want?
Yes, once your deposit has been received Michelle will contact you & discuss your needs so she can design a site that is unique to your child. Michelle will make a template and show you to make sure you are happy before proceeding.

2. Am I able to make changes if I don’t like the design?
Yes, Michelle understands it is important for you to be happy so as long as it is not after the initial design has been approved by you.  

3.   How long does it take before my site is ready?
It generally takes up to a week to have your site ready but it does depend on what you want created & Michelle’s workload at the time. When ordering you will be given an estimate to when it may be ready.

4. Can I have music?
You can’t have an actual song with words on it but you can have what is called a midi file which is an instrumental version of the song. Let Michelle know your song choice & she will do her best to find it.

General Questions

1. Can my site be password protected?
Yes please ask when ordering.

2. Can I have a counter to see the number of views the page has had?
Yes please ask when ordering

3. Can I add extra pages at a later date?
Yes you may but this will incur an additional charge over the initial amount. These can be found on the packages page.

4. What if I want a type of page that isn’t listed?
Please email and ask so we can discuss the options with you.

How does the process work?

1. How do I order a website?
When you have decided on what sort of package you want, go to the Order page and fill out the form provided. Michelle will then contact you to finalise the details & send you an invoice detailing your order & amount to be paid. She will also ask questions relating to colours, themes & style.

2. Then what happens?
Once payment has been received & your themes decided Michelle will start working on the design as per your wishes. She will then contact you once she has designed a template based on your preferences. When she has it made she will show you a copy so you can make any changes before she proceeds to make the rest of the site.

3. I'm happy with the template now what?
Once you approve the design, colours, layout etc Michelle will finish the site and let you know when it is completed & up for the public to view. She will then discuss with you anything you should know about the site like how the guestbook works & then it is then yours to show the world.

What is Angel_Kisses & Kids_Kisses??

1. What is Angel_Kisses
Angel_Kisses is where all the Angel baby sites are hosted together. This means that the families don't have to worry about finding space on the www to host their site.?

2. What is Kids_Kisses
Kids_Kisses is where all the living baby/children sites are hosted together. This means that the families don't have to worry about finding space on the www to host their site.

3. Why both sites?
Michelle understands how important it is to have your Angel baby and living children recognised and remembered. By having 2 separate sub sites parents of an Angel baby/child who may not have other living children can go to a place where they are not confronted.
